Fortunately, lawyers and real estate agents are available to make this time easier to navigate. However, there are a number of decisions that you will be faced with before lawyers and real estate agents even come into the picture. The Government of Ontario has provided this article that lists several important items that should be considered before buying a home. This includes suggestions on when you should get a survey, whether there should be a home inspection, how to choose a real estate agent and other important questions you should ask before and during the process of buying a home. Welcome to our newly updated webpage!  We have updated our Areas of Practice, Our Teams and Contact sections, and introduced a number of new resources for you to use. We hope that our update will facilitate a more informative and interactive experience for prospective clients as well as the general public.  

Please note that, once you have entered an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, you can now request a Real Estate Quote by filling out and submitting the form under the Real Estate section of “Areas of Practice”.  Please make sure to fill out all of the required fields before submission in order to allow for a prompt response from us.  We will contact you with an estimated amount via the contact information you have provided on the form.
