About Us

Joseph T. Santoro, B.A., LL.B.

Joseph was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Political Science from St. Jerome’s College at the University of Waterloo. He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in 2002.

Joseph started his law practice in June of that year and has been practicing at his current location of 265 North Front Street, Sarnia since August of 2007.  He recently relocated to Suite 404 to create more room for his growing business.

In February of 2013, Joseph opened a satellite office in Petrolia. After practicing for two years in Petrolia, Joseph realized he could continue to provide top-notch service to the residents of Petrolia from his main office in Sarnia.  He is always more than willing to bring the practice to clients who are unable to attend meetings in Sarnia.

Joseph’s practice focuses on real estate and mortgages, wills and estates, separation agreements, and uncontested divorces.

Joseph believes that a great lawyer requires passion, integrity, assertiveness, high ethics and professional standards. The practice of law is not just about legal knowledge, but about the people you represent and the relationships you build.

Joseph will strive to build relationships that allow for the development of mutual trust with the people he works with and the clients he represents.

Mission Statement

I have always distinguished myself in the practice of Law based upon both the service and quality that I provide to the client. Our office will make the legal experience a pleasurable and informative one.

I, myself, personally deal with each and every client and make it a point of meeting with them and reviewing all legal aspects including documentation rather than allowing my staff to do so. In this way, I will ensure that my clients fully understand not only the process involved, but also the documents that they are signing.
